In my role as UX Strategist and Creative Lead, I defined the game’s core interaction model and narrative, ensuring every design choice supported both engagement and the PERMA-based wellness goals. I led the creation of Wellbi Island — a metaphorical space reflecting the user’s mental state — where flourishing gardens and vibrant weather patterns mirrored personal progress. Our Wellbi Island gave us the possibility to create a joyful brand experience across both digital and offline experiences, regardless of the situation users find themselves in.

Created the Wellbi Island concept — a living visual metaphor of the user’s mental state based on the scientific theory — where flourishing gardens, weather changes, and symbolic trees reflect real-life well-being progress.
Gamification Mechanics Concept
Designed collectible “well-being cards” and growth systems to reward both online and offline experiences, encouraging long-term engagement without dependency.
