Hands-on workshop tool for usability education
Position and contributions
As Art Director, I defined the visual identity of the card game, ensuring the design struck a balance between professional credibility and playful engagement. I also led the interactive web design, translating the physical game’s logic and atmosphere into a digital format for hybrid and remote workshop settings. Working closely with usability experts, I shaped the game’s presentation to resonate with a range of audiences, from clinical professionals to product managers, ensuring the content felt both relevant and accessible.

Case Research and Curation
Sourced and adapted real-life incidents from FDA MAUDE databases, insurance case studies, and accessibility reports to serve as authentic game scenarios.
Workshop-Based Usability Testing
Ran multiple play sessions with real clients in different sectors to evaluate clarity, engagement, and learning impact, iterating the game content and structure accordingly.
Gamification Strategy
Developed mechanics that turn abstract usability concepts into solvable “mysteries,” encouraging active participation rather than passive listening.
